Provide post-market R&D support for audio processors & accessories and ensure compliance with EU MDR, FDA and ISO 13485 Drive product and supplier changes within change control, incl. obsolescence management, alternative part qualification, and V&V planning and implementation Maintain risk management and design documentation (risk files, tech docs, traceability) to ensure audit readiness Contribute actively to the quality system, driving continuous improvement of internal processes to increase efficiency and compliance Collaborate cross-functionally and feed post-market learnings into product improvements and change decisions
