Junior Group Risk Manager (m­­/­­f­­/­­t)

The Valuation & Risk team is responsible for the economic evaluation of Mergers & Acquisitions and large investment projects as well as for the Group-wide risk management. You will gain a deep understanding of the proprietary trading business and the commercial management of conventional and renewable generation positions. Based on this you will initiate key decisions regarding strategic position management and ensure associated implementation. Especially the management of international renewable power generation positions will increase in importance. Assist in the definition and development of the risk framework and governance for the entire RWE Group Support of the evaluation and approval processes of long-term supply contracts Preparation of company-wide risk reporting according to KonTraG Risk assessment of long-term commodity positions of the RWE Group and deduction of hedging proposals Preparation of senior management committees for steering of company-wide generation positions Methodical support of the Finance department regarding development of liquidity risk models and ad hoc analyses Assessment of limit changes for the proprietary trading business
