Goal of the Position: Be part of an exciting team in retail department for the baby & toys categories: baby equipment, children's hardgoods and toys Support 3 senior buyers with your daily work and establish the back office for the buyers Organization and coordination of individual sales campaigns at limango, in close cooperation with the buyers Interface between the buyers and other departments like Category Management, Logistics and Accounting Cooperation with national and international suppliers and partners, gathering all relevant information to support the organizational aspect of buying and sales Daily tasks of the position: Data entry into our Backend System Setting up campaigns in the system based on value and quantities, prepared by the buyer Confirmation of campaign dates and offer submission deadlines to the supplier Downloading offers from the supplier and except the selection on b2b pages Preparing attachments to the campaign and communication with the campaign management Substitution of the Buyer during vacations and responding to the emails of the suppliers Provide talking minutes after meetings, preparing summaries for the team Provision of routine analyzes and statements for the team
