Employee inquiries: Answer questions about HR policies, benefits and general workplace issues. Payroll and pension payments: Assist with monthly review and quality assurance of German payroll and pension payments. Administrative tasks: Process surveys and inquiries from German authorities and assist with administrative local HR requirements. Communication and benefits: Help plan and implement new employee benefits as part of the move to a new location. Meetings with the works council: Prepare meetings with co-determination bodies and actively participate in the meetings, especially with the works council. Own projects: Take responsibility for small projects within the People team in Germany. Process compliance: Ensure compliance with German labor laws and contribute to process compliance.
