Working Student Data Analytics / AI in the Customer Experience Department (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
Leverage your technical knowledge of Data Science / AI to contribute to the development of models that enhance customer analytics
Collaborate with the team to transform AI capabilities into practical applications driving customer satisfaction
Participate in the continuous evolution of our analytics methodologies, incorporating AI-driven solutions
Support the team in ongoing projects with your innovative and creative thinking
Qualifikationen:
Currently a senior pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
Hands-on experience gained through course work, projects, or internships with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, and/or Data Science
Solid understanding of Generative AI technologies and their potential applications
Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and SQL
Ability to learn new concepts quickly and think creatively
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
