HR Intern (m/f/d) / Working student in HR (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
Support the recruitment process: create job postings, screen applications, coordinate interviews Conduct onboarding and offboarding activities for new and departing employees Take part in exciting HR projects, including: Implementation of the Bob Hiring Module (our HR System) Introduction and communication of employee benefits Optimization of HR processes and digital tools Strengthening internal communication and employee engagement Maintain and update personnel files and HR databases Contribute to employer branding and HR marketing initiatives Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
Qualifikationen:
Enrollment in a university program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field First practical experience in HR or a related area Strong interest in people-related topics and human resources management Well-developed organizational skills and a proactive working style High level of reliability, accuracy, and motivation to learn Excellent communication skills in both English and German Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
