Working Student HR / People & Culture (m/w/d)
Aufgaben:
You support our transition to a digitalized and automated People & Culture environment by contributing ideas, tools, and hands-on assistance You assist in the implementation and improvement of digital HR tools and systems You contribute to day-to-day People & Culture operations and support project related tasks as needed You contribute to ongoing People & Culture projects helping to shape modern and future-oriented HR practices You support in creating and publishing job advertisements
Qualifikationen:
Enrolled student in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Previous experience in HR or Recruiting is a strong advantage Interest in digital transformation and curiosity for AI-driven tools and processes in HR Motivation to learn and grow within a broad People & Culture context Ability to collaborate with managers at all levels of the company Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus High level of initiative and ability to work effectively in a team Proficient in both written and spoken English and German
