Support project managers and translators in managing a vast range of multilingual translation/multimedia projects sing various tools for project management and translation Support our exploration of MT and AI tools for translation Get involved in strategic projects related to the team's migration to a new cloud-based tool landscape Assist in configuring the new tool landscape and participate in tool testing activities to ensure that newly developed features match the team's requirements Assist the team in trouble-shooting tool-related issues with the aim to find the root-cause and optimize processes sustainably Create/re-design and update internal process and tool documentation to enhance team efficiency and knowledge sharing Collaborate on strategic initiatives that will shape future processes and technology within our department As part of the Corporate Content Translation Service Team, you'll work with experienced project managers and translators who are experts at ensuring that customer needs are met. With the strong support of our external translation suppliers, we handle any type of communication that requires translation.
