Aufgaben:
You will support our team in the creation of quality assurance agreements «QAA» and the preparation of supplier meetings
In addition, you will compile and archive the necessary qualification documents for active ingredients and packaging materials and maintain them in SharePoints
You will support the global Quality Managers in supplier management issues
In addition, you will support global QAA status queries at all Fresenius Kabi production sites and transfer the data to the QAA status recording system
You will also be involved in the creation of work instructions, preparation of presentations, administration, maintenance and updating of the QAA status recording system
Qualifikationen:
Currently studying full-time in the natural sciences (chemistry, biology, pharmacy or similar)
Careful and structured way of working
Open and dynamic nature
Good MS Office and SharePoint skills
Very good written and spoken English skills
