Assistant Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering (Modern Electrical Engineering) (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
Information and Coding Theory Advanced Signal Processing The successful candidate is expected to support teaching in Electrical Engineering at the Bachelor and Master level (for example Signals and Systems, Digital Signal Processing, Information Theory); as well as develop and implement innovative, pedagogically sound approaches to online, hybrid and in-person teaching and learning; advise students on their studies; and supervise Bachelor, Master-s and PhD theses and research projects.
Qualifikationen:
Satellite and Space Communications Quantum Engineering and Computing Bioelectronics and Flexible Electronics PhD in Electrical Engineering, Nanoengineering, Quantum Engineering, or a closely related field Proven research expertise in one or more modern areas of Electrical Engineering, evidenced by a strong publication record Experience teaching fundamental Electrical Engineering courses, with a demonstrated ability to engage and mentor students Demonstrable experience in leading or collaborating on funded research projects, with a focus on interdisciplinary approaches and real-world applications Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and experience in mentoring students across undergraduate and graduate levels Fluency in English, the language of instruction and communication on campus
