Dynamics 365 CRM Developer (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
Develop, implement, and maintain the technical components of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system to meet business requirements
Integrate Dynamics 365 with other business applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into effective solutions
Provide 2nd line support, monitor and maintain system performance
Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 technologies and best practices
Qualifikationen:
More than 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Proficient in CRM configuration, including workflows, user setup, data import, SQL and security configuration
Experience with integration tools and APIs
Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking in troubleshooting system and process issues; proactive approach to communication and teamwork
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
