Quality Strategy & Matrix Management Develop and implement a quality strategy to harmonize global standards Implement a comprehensive understanding of quality across design, production, project realization, service, software, and suppliers Reorganize the quality structure with clear responsibilities and optimized interfaces Optimize and streamline the existing KPI system with realistic, end-to-end indicators for better control 2. Active Quality Assurance & 8D Process Clear responsibility for escalating and closing critical 8D reports Introduce and enforce a solution-oriented quality management approach that does not rely solely on KPIs Early involvement in key projects to proactively minimize quality risks Promote an innovative and fact-based mindset 3.
