You are driving Compliance, Transparency and Profitabilty in two of our production plants by business partnering with local organization as well as being the link to the Group Finance Function. You have the responibility for two direct reports in two locations (St. Katharinen and Uerzell). You are the Business Partner to local Managing Directors and Plant Leadership teams. You prepare the budgets and forecasts for management. You prepare the regular reports (cost and performance indicators, e.g. target/actual analyses and productivity) as well as commenting on them and deriving recommendations for action. You prepare and present the analyses, reports and business cases for all management levels as well as ad-hoc analyses. You support in investment projects, e.g. by reviewing, approving and recalculating profitability calculations.
