The Surgical Product Education Team is responsible for training professionals on the approved use of MED-EL products. The team develops and delivers educational programs, provides technical support and tools during trainings, and ensures best practices are followed to enhance patient outcomes and surgical efficiency. Assist in planning and organizing training events, ensuring all administrative and logistical details are arranged (e.g., meeting rooms, social events, hotel bookings, transfers, catering) Communicate with speakers, panelists, resource persons, external agencies, and participants, providing guidance on session details, as well as administrative and logistical requirements before, during, and after the scheduled workshops Create and manage workshop registrations using relevant internal/external tools, ensuring all necessary resources are properly organized (e.g., printed materials, digital resources, venue arrangements, etc.) Manage and coordinate delivery instructions from MED-EL areas for surgical training kits and other equipment, ensuring accurate and timely shipments while tracking orders to ensure smooth logistics operations Coordinate and review proforma invoices as needed
