Support the PMO in establishing and maintaining project management methodologies, standards, and best practices, specifically related to SAP implementations Contribute to the development and implementation of a robust project governance framework, ensuring consistent project execution and reporting Support IT project managers in the execution of SAP projects for the relevant areas/modules, providing guidance, mentorship and access to PMO resources Monitor and track the progress of SAP projects, reporting on key metrics (KPIs), risks, and issues to the PMO leadership. Support the PMO in conducting project audits and reviews, identifying areas for improvement Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and best practices Manage project documentation and ensure its accuracy and completeness across the project portfolio
