Roadmap Creation: Develop comprehensive product roadmaps for lead-acid and lithium battery technologies, focusing on both current offerings and future innovations. Market Analysis & Customer Insights Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape dynamics. Focus on applications within BESS, electric vehicles (EVs), and industrial sectors. Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback on product performance and identify opportunities for improvement or new product development. Product Development & Lifecycle Management Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams comprising R&D, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure cohesive product development processes. Lifecycle Oversight: Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through commercialization. This includes defining product specifications, overseeing design and testing phases, and developing go-to-market strategies.
