With your curiosity and out-of-box thinking you lead the innovation in Machine Learning and MLOps topics in the Machine Learning and Simulation group of the Rapid Design and Innovation department. The evaluation of market trends and technologies - not only in the lab automation area - is part of your role as well as the collection of feedback from customers and the product management and software teams with the goal of providing innovative proof of concepts. Furthermore, with your academic background you are leading the students and expanding the collaboration with universities and research institutes. Develop and implement new product innovations or software technologies until proof of concept in the field of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and MLOps Support the projects in adaption of new technologies and product innovations Manage and present innovation projects to R&D and product management Act as a line manager for students, providing support in their thesis projects and practical work Attend interesting conferences and communities with the goal of spotting new technologies Build smart partnerships and work together closely with universities and research institutes
