Product Sales Specialist - Automated Products (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
Representing Caljan to customers within the assigned region or account base, maintaining existing accounts and developing new customer prospects
Driving sales of automated products within the DACH territory
Ensure established sales goals for the assigned region are reached or exceeded
Establish and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers to maximize repetitive sales
Perform product presentations, distribute marketing material, and attend trade shows and other industry functions on behalf of the company
Create new business opportunities through various sales tactics to meet specific KPIs and sell to new accounts
Close collaboration with Caljan DACH sales teams, sales support and engineering
Qualifikationen:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales roles, with at least 5 years in a global or international sales capacity
Fluent German and English
Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a global context
Analytical and communication skills
Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments and understanding of different market dynamics; experience in a matrix organization is a plus
