Aufgaben:
For our regions in the Middle East, North Africa, South East Asia, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with extensive knowledge in crushing, screening, materials handling and processing / beneficiation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the specified regions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. The main responsibilities will be: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives in assigned regions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the crushing, screening, materials handling and beneficiation sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders. Conduct market research to keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities and customer needs. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and contracts to potential customers. Liaise with technical and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team. Attend industry events, trade shows and conferences to promote the company's products and services.
Qualifikationen:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field. Minimum of 10 years sales experience in the crushing, screening, materials handling and beneficiation industries. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of market dynamics in the Middle East, North Africa, South East Asia and other regions; Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in assigned regions. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills; Fluency in multiple languages is a plus. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience of working with international clients and managing cross-cultural relationships. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
