Patent Manager - Litigation (w/m/d)

You will handle the patent-related support for new product launches as well as for existing products. This includes processing and responding to validity inquiries or cease-and-desist letters from rights holders, as well as coordinating the filing of protective letters. You will work alongside our external patent attorneys to challenge third-party technical rights by coordinating nullity, cancellation, and European opposition proceedings. In the event of interim injunction proceedings and patent infringement lawsuits, you will take charge of the defense in collaboration with our external patent and legal counsel. You will prepare decision-makers for market launches that involve patent-related risks. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing settlement agreements and license agreements. You will develop defense strategies and strategies for introducing patent-critical new products.
