Ihre Aufgaben:
You act as Product Owner for the Gateways squad. Your contract title is Technical Product Manager.
In the role of Product Owner Gateways, you are responsible for communication devices used to provide machine type communication between metering instruments and IT headends
Your squad manages requirements as well as features and provides hard- and software for submetering communication services used for meter and gateway configuration and metering data acquisition
Your squad also provides support to operate the hardware- and software-based communication subsystems in the context of submetering and energy management services of ista
You permanently follow the available systems on the market and thus always have an up-to-date overview of corresponding devices and their technologies used on the market
In coordination with the Tribe Lead Hardware Delivery, you define a roadmap of gateway features, architecture, and technology for best contribution to the business goals based on our corporate agile processes
You ensure that your team is always informed, actively involve the squad members in a planned and targeted manner and complete tasks together with the team and the Agile Team Coaches
You will report technically to the Tribe Lead Hardware Delivery and you will be in close alignment with Product Owner colleagues

What we require of you
Your experience in owning products is characterized by a management-oriented leadership style and you exemplify an agile and innovative mindset
You already have experience in managing device development projects (from requirements definition to manufacturing)
You have a good understanding of business and development processes, regulatory frameworks, system level architecture and technology
You are familiar with the basic state of the art and trends in future radio technologies for both IoT devices and mobile communications in the low-power environment of the devices
A plus would be basic knowledge of the OMS (Open Metering Standard) and battery technologies
Experience with the associated standards and guidelines
You have strong analytical skills, a pragmatic and risk-aware working style, a high willingness to learn and change and ideally experience with an agile working culture in a hardware development environment
Very good German and English skills round off your profile
