Support in the origination, pitching and structuring of securitisation transactions across a broad range of industries, including restructuring of existing deals Support in setting up internal reporting and monitoring tools for new securitisation transactions Support in the analysis of historical portfolio data using internal (rating) models and portfolio analysis Active use of AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) to support transaction analyses, research, data evaluation and preparation of client materials Gain insights into the structuring process and collaborate with various stakeholders, including originators, law firms and various bank internal departments Contribute to the development and optimization of AI-supported reporting, monitoring and workflow solutions within the securitisation business
