The five-week Advance programme is aimed exclusively at executives of international insurance companies that are among Munich Re's key clients. The 2025 cDays conference will be hosted as an on-site conference for the sales management globally. We cooperate with renowned universities as well as internal and external experts. We also seek to actively involve the international sales community in the planning process. Help with planning, implementing and post-processing the scholarship programme (on-site, virtual and hybrid) and with the cDays «Sales Leadership Edition» conference Take on your own sub-projects (e.g. participant support, coordinating external service providers, maintaining the event website, feedback, documentation) Conceptual and content-related preparation of presentations Prepare various content for social networks using different media types (moving images, photo stories) Use project management tools and Office 365 Help with administrative and general project management activities Conduct independent research on innovative formats and methods as well as inspiring team building/social events and locations
