Aufgaben:
You will support day-to-day wet-lab operations, with a focus on molecular cloning, production of AAV vectors, and maintenance of mammalian cell lines.
The project focuses on developing targeted AAV vectors to enhance the efficacy of CAR T cell therapy against aggressive lymphomas. By integrating the latest advances in vector engineering, immunotherapy, and gene delivery, the research aims to significantly improve therapeutic outcomes. This work combines cutting-edge technologies to push the boundaries of next-generation cancer treatments.
Construct plasmids (restriction/ligation, PCR, bacterial transformation)
Perform transfections (chemical/electroporation) and basic viability or reporter assays
Maintain, passage and cryopreserve adherent and suspension cell cultures under sterile conditions
Produce and titer viral vectors (e.g., lentivirus, AAV
Transduction & FACS analysis with the vector stocks
