Managing Director (m/f/d) Canada
Aufgaben:
Full P&L responsibility for all sales and marketing activities in Canada
Providing proactive and dynamic leadership for a team of 20+ employees incl. warehouse
Further develop and manage a dedicated channel network consisting of specialized distributors and dealers
Establishing direct sales to customers as well as key account management
Strategically developing the business and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and increase brand awareness
Defining local mid- and long-term business plans
Direct reporting to the German HQ
Qualifikationen:
Technical degree or degree in Business Administration; MBA would be a plus
Very good knowledge in the field of selling technical products through channel partners and specialized dealers
Sound experience in leadership roles with focus on sales, business development, and key account management - preferably incl. P&L responsibility
Entrepreneurial, pro-active, and passionate sales-personality with conceptual capabilities
Excellent communication along with strong analytical skills
Very good skills in English and French
Trustworthy person living in the Greater Toronto Area or willingness to relocate
