Senior Manager Business Development Automotive Sensors (d/m/f)
Aufgaben:
Use excellent system understanding of automotive applications to derive and collect customer requirements
Organization of customer meetings and workshops to promote suitable ams OSRAM sensor and ASIC solutions at automotive Tier1s, car-OEMs and the adjacent eco-system
Develop and maintain a business development & sales strategy with the target to increase market share and to support revenue growth. Cultivate tactics to increase our design-in funnel
Build-up and maintain customer relationships with the goal to deepen and broaden our sales support and become trusted advisor for our customers
Act as champion for all automotive semiconductor sensors and ASIC solutions within EMEA automotive sales team by supporting and training the sales team with know-how on dedicated automotive applications, suitable ams OSRAM solutions and market & competition insights
Support in the definition of Go-to-Market collaterals and strategy, also with a focus on digital marketing

Qualifikationen:
Successfully completed studies (master or diploma) in the subject areas electrical engineering, physics, industrial engineering or comparable
Several years (> 8 years) of experience in the area of semiconductor sensors and ASICs solutions
Deep technical expertise and market know-how on automotive applications suitable for sensors and ASICs solutions
Capable to act as «connector and translator» between the customer, sales & the product lines
Talented to build-up and maintain customer and internal relations from working to C-level
Willingness to travel up to 50% of your time
Excellent communication skills in German and English
